My responsibilities have included the online onboarding platform (becoming a customer solution), launching Google Pay and Apple Pay in Norway, defining the requirement specifications for new products and processes, as well as implementing new customer segments in the bank's customer communications and IT systems. I have also worked with customer digitalisation, operational improvements, sales initiatives, and spearheading new self-service solutions to Personal Banking customers.
