They do this by training community members, employees and micro business-owners in financial literacy and business management. Avocado Vision is a company obsessed with making a social impact through education and I am one of those lucky people who gets to do the kind of work that makes a difference in the world. Through private and public funding, we are able to create jobs for peer-educators in communities. These trainers are then able to mobilise people to attend life-changing financial skills-, entrepreneurship-, land stewardship- and business training programmes, for free!
