      Main responsibility was to handle Drosophilla melanogaster strains. The flies expressed double transgene related to Alzheimer's diseases. My goal was to breed flies, isolate fly brains, stain fly brains for trangenic protein and to analyze the effect of expressing transgene on Amyloid beta plaque in mouse brain. The study also involved at investigated the fly behavior with and without transgene exression
