   Prepared the agenda & all kind of document to arrange meeting in every week with the Director (Joint Secretary) of Planning & Development, Bangladesh Bridge Authority and the Convener of Project Level Plot Allocation Committee (PLPAC) of Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBP).  Prepared the Meeting requirement, required files, document and make a Coordination between Field Level Plot Verification Committee (FLVC) & Project Level Plot Allocation Committee (PLPAC).  Prepared the Meeting Working Paper & Resolution/Minutes for Superintendent Engineer & Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary) of resettlement Unit. Always Assisted Superintendent Engineer & Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary) of Resettlement Unit of Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBP).  Assisted the Management & Monitoring of Compensation payment and Relocation Management.  Monitoring the payment of plot which has been allotted and field activities  Worked in close teamwork with PLPAC, FLPVC, and CCDB & Resettlement Unit of Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBP).  Review study findings and facilitate conduction of studies on different aspects on the issues concerning Plot Allocation Management capacity building. Supported to develop Management, Planning, Monitoring and evaluations which will be needed to input into project development and in assessing achievements of project purpose. Checked & Verified Entitled Persons (EP) File & Entitlement Card (EC), Field Verification report, document of Cash Compensation under Land (CCL) and amount of payment of EP/EC from MIS-Computerized software and prepared a document of it to present for the meeting  Maintained a computerized software-MIS for the Management to get the information.  Visits & Investigation the site with Project Level Plot Allocation Committee Show less
