  At Retreat!, I Developed a small business from a seed idea to a functioning micro retreat on 10 acres of Pacific Redwood forest. Implemented a social media marketing plan by encouraging user-generated content, providing relevant share-worthy experiences, and creating a clear and accountable communication channel between guests and staff. In less than a year, referred and return guests made up 30% of all stays. I used post-visit follow-up data to pinpoint customer needs and prioritize what services to implement.
