The demo robot extracted the key fields (including invoice number, supplier name, date, line items, total) and populated the extracted data into the relevant fields of client output template to calculate their rebates automatically.• Developed online RPA opportunity assessment tool. This tool is designed to effectively identify, prioritize and validate suitable processes for automation. Once prospective clients submit information in the online form the robot fetches the data from the online database and populates it into the assessment tool to assess the viability of automation for each of their processes.• Developed capability to use ABBYY (automated document extraction tool) and led the setup of the proof of concept project which processed invoices of varying formats. Using business rules and a master data format, the key fields were extracted for each Business unit, Vendor etc into a standardized data sheet. Show less
