  Building Manager

  Oversee all aspects of a 6,000+ sq ft building. Act as a liaison for the Board of Directors and Renters. General Maintenance, Expenses Management, Capital Projects. Coordinate with multiple groups that utilize the building to ensure no conflicts of schedules happen as well can negotiate yearly agreements with groups. Work with city on project as requested.
