Resolving problems related to resident issues and complaints. Ministry Head of Leisure and Recreation and ordained Deacon, my responsibilities include organizing sports activities and other Christain clean fun activities. Organized a Church Bowling League, Golf Teams, Basketball League, Softball Teams, Movie Nights, Seniors Breakfast Fellowship, Museum Day Trips, Game Day for children and teens. These activities involve detailed logistics to get them off the ground. Also, time constrains and schedules are considered in the organizing phase, plus finding venue locations and comingling costs parameters that are involved in the creative organizing process to bring these activities to fruition.
