      Process Engineering• Implemented an error proof system for the weld nut process by part selection and visual aids to minimize / eliminate missing weld nuts. • Analyze part drawings, routers, BOMs that are being transferred from our London, Canada facility to our Portage, MI. site and implement them on our Sheet Metal and Tube Laser equipment.• Continue to move parts (tube) from our current VMCs to our tube laser for cycle time reduction and cost savings.• Created and implemented a capacity analysis spread sheet for multiple pieces of equipment.• I'm part of the Safety Team at the Stryker Medical site in the Portage site.• Justified capital to replace a current Press Brake with a Trumpf TruBend 5130 ($350K).
