  I began my career with National Title-Duluth, Inc. as an Abstractor and Office Assistant always seeking to learn and to take on additional responsibilities. This allowed me to move up into Title Examiner and Closing Assistant positions then becoming a Licensed Closing Agent & Title Insurance Producer in late 2010. In January 2013 I was named Vice President. Responsibilities include:• Manage daily operations. • Accounts payable and receivable.• Budget management and reconciliation of multiple accounts.• Conduct hiring, annual reviews and training of employees. • Manage up to six employees to which I assign tasks; answer questions and guide in daily responsibilities. • Implement procedures and practices in order to remain in compliance with ever changing legal and industry requirements. • Perform abstracting and examining of real property records for commercial and residential refinances and sales/purchases. • Coordinate with Realtors, Lenders and Attorneys, Buyers, Sellers and other Title Companies for the efficient closing of each transaction. • Draft, review and execute closing documents• Perform title clearance and prepare settlement statements and closing disclosures. • Maintain up-to-date licenses for staff and the Company.• Answer phone calls and email correspondence, direct clients and consumers in steps required to transfer clear title to a property. • Assist the owner of the company in a wide range of activities.
