  At Llandudno sailing club I was giving the responsibility of small to medium groups of children, adults, disabled groups and scout groups with every session needing individual assessment and planning, these either for the whole day, morning or afternoon sessions. During these periods I was responsible for the whole welfare of the groups at sea. While the groups were under my watch I would teach them everything from the basics of steering a small dingy all the way through to county and nation levels where more individual sessions were needed.   As part of a small team working offshore on the windfarm industry, the main role of this work is the safe transfer of personnel and equipment to structures and vessels following correct procedures with health and safety adhered to at all times. Other responsibilities include but not inclusive are maintaining all the mechanical appliances and engines, keeping all lifesaving appliances correct and thoroughly checked monthly to insure the safe working of the vessel. Being part of such a small team it is impeccable to keep a tidy and professional environment at all times. After a short time working in the industry I have found a passion for being offshore and quickly completed my Yachtmaster Certificate of Competency and gaining vital experience to progress on to master of the vessel.
