Experience cultivating a sour/bacteria project using brettanomyces and lacto-bacillus and aging ale in oak barrels. Responsible for filtering beer with vertical leaf filter, cultivating yeast via top skimming in "Old English tradition" from open fermentation vessels. Worked on the bottle line fillling 22's and 12oz bottles using Meheen technology, keg filling, conditioning vessel management. Experience repairing/managing CO2 systems and glycol coolant systems. Duties also involved inventory management, shipping logistics with local and national distributors.
