Served as a networking and educational event series coordinator for MTSU's Society of Human Resource Management Chapter. Member of SHRM and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Worked with a division of Tennessee's Department of Safety and Homeland Security to evaluate and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement ahead of a large-scale change initiative.
