Also, creation of global SOP´s (Standard Operation Procedures), main contact for internal and external audit related to vendor master data systems and processes. Key contact for maintenance and consultancy for CSA (Control Self-Assessment) done by operations and lead by GIA (Global Internal Audit). The nature of this work was to report remotely and be in touch with cross functions, cultures, countries and time zones.•Key achievement: started the new era of vendor master data, looking to digitize the process into a cloud- based solution. Objective: build the process and tool that will simplify and accomplish with new internal and external requirements related to legal, tax, purchasing, banking and payment services that needs to be reflected in the vendor master data of the company. Leveraged the expertise acquired in operations and service management roles. Worked with P&G project management, IT and operations across functions, and the external company providing the cloud solution, taking in consideration more than 80M vendor codes in the system, 8+ languages used to collect data and a lot of requirements to have accurate master data. I accomplished to help build and test all workflows and forms by country into the cloud solution into test mode.•Other projects as a key expert: Third-party vendor screening solution into an external cloud-based solution.
