  · Upgrading the ACB product cooperating with the Marketing, responsible for the entire lifecycle of the upgrade project as the Change Owner:- Open Gate: Transform the existing product, analyze the existing product's AS, CP, WI documents, conduct impact analysis by the change points, analyze the feasibility of reusing production line equipment, produce a KP prototype, and conduct critical current, mechanical duration, electrical duration, short circuit, temperature rise experiments according to relevant standards such as GB/T 14048, IEC69047, UL1066. Lead the industrialization, quality, and other teams to analyze the feasibility of the preliminary phase, such as DFM, DFA, Cost (ROI), etc.- Do Gate: Analyze and optimize the design, lead discussions with supplier engineers on mold review and trial molding matters, and define the processes for mold, painting, electroplating, texture, etc. of the product- Implement Gate: Conduct FAI, Cpk and other inspections for new parts. Track the trial run on the production line and perform failure analysis for any issues that may arise· To stabilize the supply chain and reduce costs, validate and implement certain imported parts and components of the existing products.
