  System Certification Manager

  Working on the project to build 165 km of the High Speed Railway line between Portugal and Spain, an 1400M€ project, I was responsible for the design, implementation and management of the processes to obtain the system certification, and for the Project Documentation Management System.Major accomplishments:• Design and implementation of the Documentation Management System based on Aconex platform. At end of 2011, the system had more than 60 organizations engaged, with about 500 users and 550000 documents.• Creation of the procedures for the identification and verification of the design interoperability requirements for the high speed rail sub-systems «infrastructure» and «energy». That was a pioneer process in Portugal and was developed by a team involving the major process players, including national authorities.• Design and implementation, together with Project Designers, of the processes to: verification of the accomplishment of contractual requirements; identification and update of project mandatory standards and laws and creation of the system test plan.• Identification and deployment of the railway safety system requirements according European Directives. PQ01824) e, em 2106, de Consultor South nZEB, (nearly Zero Energy Buildings).
