   Establishing consistency in the application of operating standards and compliance with the group health and safety management system through the application and roll out BBS.  Ensuring SMART KPIs are set for the unit that covers all key manufacturing matrices. These KPIs are then included in teams’ personal objectives and appropriately measured and monitored to ensure variance is identified in a timely manner  Controlling capital and revenue projects within agreed resource levels and timescales, resource expenditure for labor, direct expense and consumables within the approved budget and provide early indications of any potential variances to the Finance team and HR Control  Recruiting, developing, motivating, and managing a production team that maximizes its performance potential that meets current and future business needs Ensuring dynamic action plans are in place designed to underpin continuous improvement initiatives, specifically the key aspects of manufacturing performance, customer service, quality, and health & safety.  Act as the QMR for all ISO-related activities ensuring that the quality management system is adequately managed in the unit with a structure in place that supports improvement and compliance.  Work closely with the site HR team to ensure a clear strategy is in place for the handling of the IR issues.
