  At Tubman I had the opportunity to conduct exit interviews for all volunteers and interns. I took that data and used it to share recommendations on how to improve volunteer and intern satisfaction within the organization. From the exit interview data, I became curious about how we could use exit interview data and current volunteer data to improve recruitment for volunteers.   At MOM Brands, I learned all about full cycle recruiting. I had the opportunity to go through the entire recruitment process for 4 positions with an average time to fill of 28 days. I used my knowledge of the applicant tracking system to design a metrics dashboard for the Talent Acquisition team.
