  Africa, Europe and the Middle East AS a Trade Director with USDA-APHIS-PPQ Phytosaniatry Issues Management team, I am responsible for resolving phytosanitary issues related to bilateral trade in plants and plant products between U.S. and countries assigned to my portfolio. Coordinate Citrus Health Response Program - CHRP for USDA. It is a Public Private Partnership program that coordinates phytosanitary issues in citrus producing states, safeguards US citrus crop health and trade, both domestic and exports.
