  Activities and Societies: Choir, lacrosse At AS Level, I also achieved an A in General Studies and a B in Spanish.In my GCSE's, I achieved nine A*s (Maths IGCSE, English Literature, English Language, Spanish, German, Additional Science, History, Geography and Art) and one A (Science).

  I studied Pyschology at the University of Sheffield, and chose modules that focus on cognition, neuroscience and emotions. My dissertation looked at the relationship between eating attitudes and obsessive thoughts and behaviours. I looked into whether this correlation was due to locus of control (an individual's belief in fate or some higher power dictating the experiences they have in life).

  I worked in the Programmatic Services Team, optimising campaigns for our agencies. -Setting up and managing campaigns in the DSPs AppNexus, DoubleClick Bid Manager and Tradedesk for my clients Amex Worldwide and UK, Unilever, and Three Mobile.-Optimising these campaigns towards KPIs such as viewability, click through rate, cost per acquisition and cost per click by looking at strategies, domains, creatives and other factors using reporting from the DSPs as well as Tableau -Troubleshooting when the technology inevitably doesn't work as planned, for example with PMPs-Providing insights and commentary to the agency teams on a weekly or monthly basis, discussing changes made to the campaigns and the resulting positive effects -Discussing briefs for new campaigns with the agency teams based on what the client is looking for and what we can deliver using programmatic techniques -Identifying issues with our ways of working and creating new tools to improve these.
