  As Bosun, I was responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht to an immaculate level and in charge of the deck team, consisting of 5 deck hands. I was in charge of organising the deck operations including storage, use and maintenance of the toys and tenders, all deck equipment, deck maintenance and deck supplies. I was the crew safety representative, in charge of all maintenance schedules and all deck activities including managing the deck during mooring operations. I worked closely with the Bridge Crew and Chief Engineer to guarantee the smooth operation of the yacht at all times while maintaining both safety and security. In addition to this I performed navigation and anchor watches on a regular basis. I spent a huge amount of time with the owners, their family and their guests. A positive attitude and a keen eye for detail and service was of paramount importance. This position involved an extremely high level of professionalism and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
