  Quality Engineer (Volvo Group Operations Graduate Program)

  Quality support to five powertrain production plants in Sweden, France, USA and Brazil. My main task was to lead a global initiative focusing on digitalizing quality data collection processes in production. This included activities such as process mapping, gembas at multiple Volvo sites and exploration of different digital solutions. I also managed Powertrain Production’s global product audit network.In parallell, I participated in the Volvo Group Operations Graduate Program. This was a global program consisting of on-the-job rotations, learning modules and a project assignment. I did my job rotations at quality departments in Sweden, USA, Japan and Belgium. The learning modules in Sweden, Belgium and the USA contained personal development sessions as well as training to increase my understanding of our operations. The program also contained a project assignment, where my focus was to automate manual quality processes by using smart technologies and a digital tool. Show less

I am involved in the entire process lifecycle, where I lead working groups in analyzing, defining, developing, documenting, and continuously improving business processes. An important part of my role is to prioritize between competing needs and seek interface agreements with related business processes.I also maintain and develop the overall process architecture and the management system, in alignment with our business needs and strategic direction.
