  The following Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques were utilized to enhance the functionality of various applications:Intent Classification:A multiclass classification system was developed using Naive Bayes Classifier and Logistic Regression Model to categorize text data in Bot and identify user intent.Named Entity Recognition:A spacy model was implemented to better understand the structure of text data and to identify relationships between entities.Sentiment Analysis:Twitter Sentiment Analysis model was used to detect and understand customer feelings.Data Preprocessing:Text preprocessing techniques such as tokenization, stop word removal, stemming, lemmatization, and the bag of words (bow) and TF-IDF vectorization methods were applied to remove low-level information from the text data and focus on important information, while ensuring sensitive data protection.Database and File Conversion:Fast API and Elastic Search were utilized for text search and analytics storage, while Bot (File Converter) was created using Python modules to convert various file formats such as .pdf, .csv, .xlsx, .docx, .png, and .gif to .txt and vice versa.
