  Successful completion of the 13 week Royal Marines Sniper Course achieving a marksman pass in several modules. Employed as a sniper within a commando reconnaissance troop deploying on multiple mountain, amphibious and jungle exercises. As a guest instructor on the RM Sniper Course 1-14 I was responsible to apply my personal skills and deliver quality training to the RM Sniper Course. To teach, coach, mentor and asses students throughout the marksmanship and fieldcraft modules. Successful completion of the Recce operator aptitude and employed into a recce team within a commando unit, as a result deploying on multiple mountain and amphibious exercises. Deployed on operations to Afghanistan as part of a close combat troop in a fighting company conducting numerous roles including offensive operations against enemy insurgents and the mentoring of the local Afghan National Police. 32 weeks basic training.
