Planning new factory site layout FVBS and arranging all movement starting in Sep 2022.3. Preparing new factory site mass production starting from the movement in Sep 2022, targeted goal- stabilizing both MD&SCF&OS mass production within 6 months.4. In charge & cooperating with Brooks team with several projects for Lean/IE & Machine Automation (TPM, Energy Efficiency), Recycle material used in Midsole mass production. 5. Successfully testing & trailing new 1 mold 2 pairs automatic machine applying in new factory site to cut down labors & create better working condition. 6. Managing all mass production line affairs including quality, quantity, order schedule, manpower, cost, material, machines for MD manufacturing.7. Following the manufacturing discipline which take quality as the first priority to deliver the best products to buyers. 8. Finding & fixing manufacturing flaws to continually offering the best quality. 9. Communicating & managing Vietnamese employees to maintain the productivity & quality in everyday routine. 10.
