  My responsibilities include the following;• Design a training Module to ensure effective delivery of hygiene education to school Health patrons and health inspectors and assistants were trained in Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation Transformation approaches • Conduct action research on measuring effectiveness of community empowerment, community based monitoring on WASH services. • Coordinate the processes for the development of stakeholder management and resource utilization plan; • Coordinate social marketing events for appropriate sanitation and hygiene practices in local communities tailored to introduction of various latrine options, their functionality, advantages and disadvantages of different options and factors considered to select a particular option, construction methods involved, waste recycling and biogas plants, their usage and importance• Develop comprehensive project work plans and facilitate schools’ and community participation in all levels of project implementation. • Document key advocacy issues, best practices and beneficiary case studies for onward forwarding to the programs manager and disseminate information on enterprise development, food security, child rights and livelihoods program activities • Design and supervise construction of ecological sanitation facilities • Prepare operational plans, budgets, periodic quality assurance and project progress reports Show less
