      1. Responsible for operation & Maintenance of 1X15 MW coal based power plant including 1x 70 TPH AFBC & 2x12 TPH WHRB boilers. • 2 • CBD steam loss achieved almost zero tone. (25 T steam vented per day).3. Operation and maintenance System put in place.4. Achieved zero break downs in switch yard by coating anti provar (Z-906 stanvac). This was due to heavy dust of ferrous based from SID plant.5. Prepared list of annual shut down and completed following jobs which were leading to power plant trip.6. Motors TB were flashing due to internal space of TB was less. Modified.7. Due to unavailability of schematic drawings, fault finding was difficult. Scheme checked and key circuits made visible to everybody.8. Trends and loops implemented of equipment's & incorporated in DCS for better operation and trip analysis.9. Team culture developed for housekeeping; break down analysis, enhancement of personnel and equipment safety. Show less

      1. Responsible for operation and maintenance of 1x15 MW coal based power plant including 3x10TPH WHRB boilers. 2. 1x27 MW BTG up coming project.3. Achieved highest feeding @ dolachar 70% : coal 30% on continuous basis against boiler design for @ coal 70% : 30% dolachar . ( Design GCV of coal 3500 & dolachar GCV 1800) but we used coal GCV @ 3000 & dolachar @ 1400 Kcal/Kg successfully for 65 days continuous operation.4. Consumed 2000 tonnes char with 65% mag & GCV 1000-1200 Kg cal/kg. This char mag materials was separated from dolachar. We screened the lying char material with help of screen in size of ( -ve) 3.0 mm. The ratio of feeding @ coal 60: Dolachar 20: Char 20 (feeded char separately and mag part collected with help of 1000 Gauss magnet pullies) in two stages final mag% in bunker feeded 25. Bed drain Mag% controlled in the range of 8 - 10%. This materials was lying overs the years. No body wants to feed in boiler. Remaining 8000 tonnes materials feeding is in under progress. Show less
