  Responsibilities.Ensures and contributes to the implementation of an effective HSE policy within team and all the project contractors- covering protection of personnel, care for the environment and preservation of assets, installations and related reference system.Guarantees application in compliance with regulations reference documents and best practices of the HSSE policy in project activities such as exploration, drilling project, production and abandonment.Ensures that contractors comply with HSSE requirements and standards.Coordinating, reporting and transmission of feedback to the well delivery Manager via the lead HSE for Wells.Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE performance report.Prepares monthly Work Hazard Management (WHM) report for the drilling teamChampions the implementation of monthly proactive HSE campaigns and provides feedbackEnsures and follows up on contractor’s compliance to HSE plans and targets.Carries out monthly PTW AuditCo ordinates on site HSE meetings and weekly well control awareness for all crew membersParticipates in all operations risk assessment and operations planning meetings.Participates in incident investigations and auditing.
