My role throughout the week included shadowing data analysts in meetings, liaising with local hotels to discuss meeting spaces and sending out important emails of upcoming events. Since this experience, I have gained useful skills in coordinating events and organisation in Spanish.

  As a social media representative, my role included proactively communicating with prospective students and providing them with information which makes their transition to university easier. This role was disrupted by covid, however as a team we have managed to overcome this obstacle and ensure the information we provided was in line with regulation and inspired students to come to university.
