  Dr. Robin Edge, PhD, CCC-SLP was a tenured Professor of speech-language pathology at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL and a founding faculty member of the department. Dr. Edge came to JU with a rich academic portfolio after receiving her Ph.D. and B.S. from the University of Georgia in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her M.Ed. from Valdosta State University in Speech-Language Pathology. At JU, Dr. Edge was active in the community, providing supervision to MS-SLP students and those seeking certification. She taught numerous classes in the JU MS-SLP program including ethics, fluency disorders, AAC, counseling, and diagnostics. She conducted research in ethics education, fluency disorders, and the scholarship of teaching and learning in CSD and has been published in Journal of Speech, Language, and Hearing Research, American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology, Journal of Voice, Language and Speech, Journal of Communication Disorders, Journal of Fluency Disorders, and Journal of Continuing Education and Professional Development.
