  Achievements:● Led the migration of the corporate ERP (Oracle EBS) for Colombia and Ecuador to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), extending the ERP’s PREMIUM support until 2033 and mitigating technological obsolescence of the server infrastructure.● Managed implementation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) module in the national warehouse in Caloto and a distribution center in Cali. Approximately 2,400 finished product positions and 1,600 raw material positions were automated in a 12,000-square-meter area.● Oversaw the implementation of an Electronic Billing system to comply with DIAN regulations, impacting approximately 32 commercial offices nationwide.● Led the implementation of a sales force automation system by adapting third-party software, automating approximately 120 routes nationwide in the country’s major cities.● Implemented a shop floor control system at the Caloto plant, establishing key performance metrics (OEE), measuring utilities (water, energy, gas, and olein), and determining real production costs. This was carried out in phases over three years, automating all production lines at the Caloto (Cauca) plant.● Led the implementation of Oracle EBS commercial modules (Orders, Billing,PROFESSIONAL PROFILEPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEInventory, Accounts Receivable, and Price Lists), integrating the entire commercial cycle into the corporate ERP, achieving efficiencies, eliminating duplicate activities, and ensuring data integrity across approximately 32 national commercial offices● Managed the migration of the organization’s server architecture to an external data center through a renting scheme, mitigating server obsolescence.
