  - Responsible for all fleets operated by c2c including the class 357, 387/3 & 720/6 fleets. Since the introduction of the class 720 fleet into passenger service My primary area of focus has been the class 357 fleet- Supporting the service provision for c2c of 74 Class 357 units alongside maintenance partners including on call and relief depot manager responsibilities- Managed the emergency cascade of three class 387/3 units followed by the remainder of fleet the following year- Supporting the introduction of the twelve class 720/6 units from design review to fault free running and entry to service- Managing a dedicated team of technicians focusing on the resolution of vandalism and the maintenance and improvement of customer facing on train systems including CCTV & passeneger Wi-Fi- Identified and developed solutions regarding the obsolescence of significant areas of concerns such as the replacement of fluorescent lighting with LED- Optimised the existing class 357 passenger information system with a focus on simplicity, accessibility & wayfinding Show less
