      I was Partnerships Director within the £multi-million Sussex Estates and Facilities LLP with 300 staff across 23 service lines. This is a joint partnership between Mitie and the University of Sussex, providing facilities, property and project services across the University.I led a senior leadership team of 10 across all operations and restructured the team with a new operating model focused on improved customer service and operational delivery. I managed C level stakeholder relationships across both Mitie and the University of Sussex in addition to external relationships with unions, the student union and suppliers.I delivered significant contract savings without impacting redistributable profits to LLP members. This included implementing a new workplace management system improving management of over 2000 jobs annually. I also developed a new graduate recruitment and management scheme providing opportunities for locally educated talent to gain professional qualifications and work experience. I secured a 3-year extension to the contract.       I provide financial leadership to the £multi-million UK Education Business Unit with 50 contracts employing 2500 staff. In this dual role I led the integration of a recent £multi-million education and catering business acquisition, in addition to managing a major group finance transformation programme.Finance transformation programmeAs part of the transformation I restructured and split the finance team of 14 into a team of finance business partners and newly centralised controls team. This new centralised financial controls function has saved over 20% in costs and improved processes including reduced lead times for financial reporting. I have developed standardised performance reporting procedures to monitor financial performance and designed and implemented multiple new group wide initiatives across finance.I have reduced Days Sales Outstanding from 38 to 25 days within a 12-month period. The new finance business partnering unit has significantly improved forecasting and reporting in this low margin, high value business where accuracy in forecasting is crucial. The finance transformation and controls centralised programme has now been used as a blue print and is being rolled out across the whole company.Integration of new £multi-million acquisition I successfully led integration into the wider group including financial operations and reporting. The integration has created a new business unit with a 9% annual saving since 2023. I have overseen contract extensions between 2 and 5 years across 6 key accounts representing 40% of the business.
