      Establish and maintain the strategic direction for the Diversity & Inclusion/Equal Opportunity training Proponent’s training development material, assessment (measure of effectiveness), validation, and periodic review. Review, assess, and develop Department of the Army Diversity & Inclusion/Equal Opportunity training doctrine in support of Army policy. Establish standards for reviewing training materiel, evaluating Equal Opportunity instructors, institutions, operations and the Diversity & Inclusion/Equal Opportunity’s training impact on overall unit readiness and their ability to meet mission requirements.       As the Director of Vehicle Services, I oversee the policy and procedural requirements of vehicle titling and registrations within South Carolina. This includes the processing units who handle mail-in title and registration requests, Electronic Vehicle Registration and Lien Transactions, license plate design and management, and vehicle data requests. Supervise the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles Electronic Registration and Titles department consisting of four operation sections and three electronic registration and title programs. Responsible for developing department procedures operationalize the SC Code of Law requirements set upon the DMV.
