       Biofields was the initiative of some Grupo Modelo (Cerveza Corona) shareholders to invest in various renewable energy projects to reduce their carbon footprint and production costs. Initialy $150 million USD. I created and directed the entire administrative and financial area from scratch, including treasury, comptroller, legal, audit, accounting and HR for the correct and timely issuance of financial information for the shareholders. Developed together with the CFO the Joint Venture with Acciona Energía in Puerto Libertad, Sonora ($350 million USD and 400 Megawatts). It eventually became the largest solar project in the world for Acciona Energy and Tuto Energy. Co-responsible for developing an innovative financial structure to obtain $300 million USD from the Mexican Pension Funds (AFORES) for the construction of a bioethanol refinery. Leader of Due Diligence in various mergers and acquisitions of companies related to renewable energy in Israel, Taiwan, United States, and Germany with a value of $110 million USD. Successfully implemented SAP R/3 FI, TR and CO modules in all Group companies Directly conducted external audit obtaining audit reports issued without reservations for eight consecutive years Show less
