  - Monitor non destructive testing examination results to determine defects, corrosion, mechanical damage, or blockages and make recommendations for repairs or replacement as required.- Perform all tests and inspections on equipment that has been repaired or modified to assure that the equipment meets the manufacturers and industry (ASME/API/AWS) code requirements.- Perform all necessary inspections for the installation of hot tap, weld plus ends repair sleeves, or anywelding that is required on piping or equipment while in service.- Witness hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests on static equipment, which includes the review ofhydrostatic packages.- Perform welder performance and welding procedure qualification records review.- Monitor all aspects of welding operation on new or existing equipment.- Assist in Risk-Based Inspection Assessments by providing required data.- Write inspection reports, T&I pre- and post-reports, worksheets, and make logbook entries of on-site inspection findings, as appropriate, ensuring that all hard copy and electronic databases are initiated and maintained.- Perform other miscellaneous related duties as directed by the inspection coordinator.
