  In my present role, I am assisting in the creation of work plans, producing/executing health and safety strategies, supervising/collaborating with subcontractors as well as junior team members, and managing procurement and scheduling of equipment and resources for well-coordinated project management and compliance with safety measures. My job is to exhibit strong leadership skills in acting as lead scientist in the field for MDE sites under the Remedial Management Services contract to provide expert guidance and oversight. Moreover, lead field teams, assign responsibilities, and guarantee strict adherence to health and safety policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Furthermore, I organize and manage hydrogeologic investigations, oversee remedial action implementation, and ensure the successful completion of domestic well sampling projects to improve data collection, environmental assessment, and regulatory compliance. Also, I direct and execute CGS' program for monitoring well levels and conducting groundwater sampling with a focus on efficiency and accurate data collection. Below listed are some of my achievements in this role:• Provided field supervision and management throughout geophysical surveys, drilling, soil boring installations, monitoring well placements, soil vapor point setups, and other excavation/remediation operations for accurate site assessments and effective remedial actions.• Acquired high-quality deliverables with accurate information by contributing to preparation of technical reports by organizing data, interpreting findings, and presenting results in tables and figures.• Achieved site-specific objectives by managing and facilitating various site remediation systems, while guaranteeing optimal operation and maintenance. Show less During this tenure, I documented and collected soil core samples during soil boring investigations and the installation of monitoring wells for precise data collection for site assessments and remediation efforts. It is worth mentioning that I oversaw various critical activities, including the removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), Enhanced Fluid Recovery processes, Laser-induced Fluorescence (LIF) investigations, and remedial pilot testing for successful execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
