      Creation of 2 datawarehouses using ETL GENIO and Business Objects reporting tool for Philip Morris on financial and commercial domains (projects named CORAS : Consolidated Orders Reporting and Analysis System and DME : Direct Marketing Expenses)My tasks were :• Coordinate interfaces development between SAP or SUN Affiliates (25 Affiliates for DME project) who send data to Philip Morris via text files.• Analyse and create the database model on the SQL Server DB according to datawarehouse properties (star schema) in order to increase performance.• Write ETL program specifications following Philip Morris conventions concerning ETL development.• Create ETL programs with GENIO based on specifications.• Build Business Objects universes in collaboration with Supply chain users to allow them extracting their business data.• Create and manage data access authorisations by users via Business Objects supervisor tool.• Create standards reports.• Give training and support users.• Create Business Objects scripts to automatically publish reports in PDF format on the Philip Morris Intranet Show less

      Responsible of the SAP configuration for the Project to move business between a warehouse in Germany to a warehouse in Holland for a major Philip Morris entity:• Responsible for the SAP customization for the purchasing, sales flows & stock transfer order between the WHs.• Preparation of the specifications & validation with the business• Coordination for the development with shared service center in Poland and India• Development of an automatic interface for deliveries between the PMI entity in SAP and the new logistics provider outside SAP. Around 200 shipments each month are organized. Thanks to the interface, data is automatically transmitted to the new WH for preparing & shipping the goods.• STO configured between the 2 warehouses with VAT management.• Configuration & transmission of main information of the STO to an external system used for tracking purpose.• Testing and validation with the business• Cut-off activities• Post-go live period• PMI ABCD award (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) received for the successful implementation of this project Show less
