  This was a temporary position that was only held by myself until the job was completed. As a records secretary I went through confidential school files and records from the 1950's to present and cataloged each box, what it's contents were and what school year it was from. After cataloging all of the records I organized them by subject, date, and alphabet. After this they were all put into new boxes and moved to a new storage facility where I also organized them.
