Performed Logistics Supportability Assessment for the Environmental Control Life Support System on the Orbiter fleet. Worked Launch site-support mitigating hardware priorities for launch of the Space Shuttle.

TacTech was acquired by Aspect Development soon after its IPO on NASDAQ.

      Advise NASA Senior Executive Service (SES) Level Advanced Air Mobility Director and NASA HQ Logistics Management Directorate on Logistics Engineering, Product Support Management, Lifecyle Management and NASA Policy on Supply Chain Management. Independently drafted NASA Policy Requirements (NPR) on Logistics Product Support Management (PSM) and Operations and Maintenance Requirements Specifications. Project Manager for an interagency team with the Defense Contract Management Agency for the integration and join-use of the commercialized NASA Supply Chain Resiliency modeling and simulation software known as "PrimeE", which I was principal investigator and chief architect. PrimeE has become the cornerstone support tool for all of NASA Logistics Engineering PSM's. Support various research and technology projects with an emphasis on how new technology benefits NASA’s strategic roadmap but ultimately maximize return on investment to the U.S. Taxpayer. Show less Supported the NASA HQ Exploration Systems Mission Directorate Integration Office (ESMD-DIO) as a recognized Supply Chain Management and Industrial Base Management [SRM] subject matter expert. Direct report to NASA ESMD DIO SES level and worked with the Office of the Chief Engineer and Marshall Space Flight Center National Institute of Rocket Propulsion Systems (NIRPS) with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management, Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chain Resiliency Management. Reviewed, drafted and recommend strategy, contract data requirements, interagency collaborations, and supply chain modeling and simulation. Created “PrimeE” a supply chain visualization and economic resiliency simulation which NASA filed patent provisional and commercialized. NASA HQ ESMD Technical Point of Contact and co-developed the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) NASA Supply Chain Network Survey to assess through the use of “PrimeE”, the viability of the U.S. Space Industrial Base. Final report "National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Human Space Flight Industrial Base in the Post-Shuttle/Constellation Environment".
