Salesforce.com project manager for our Customer Service implementation and participated in various Salesforce.com intiatives, such as delivering on Soft Phone CTI desktop integration with Salesforce as well as deploying custom apps for our field sales team. Telephony coordinator for Alcatel-Lucent VoIP phone system and disaster recovery processes. This included not only support for the VoIP system but also designing call center efficiency reports used for KPIs. Other highlights include: administrator for TMS (transportation management system), played a pivotal role as Salesforce.com SME during rollout of SAP, assisted with SAP-to-Salesforce integrations during the SAP rollout, and was a liaison between Logistics & IT to facilitate legacy system changes and fixes.
