  Janus FD was founded in February 2019 by Nigel Watts-Morgan and Hilary Cole – both experienced KPMG trained Finance Directors. Janus provide a Portfolio Finance Director (FD) service, aimed at companies who require the services and expertise of an experienced Finance Director, but are not at a scale that justifies these services full time. We work with existing management teams on both strategic and operational areas. Both Nigel and Hilary’s experience are highly international and cover a wide range of sectors.Janus work on a retainer, rather than timesheet, basis so that no one is watching the clock and our clients know that they have all the support they need without running up unplanned costs. Janus have worked with 23 clients over the last 5 years (varying in size between £3-£25 million turnover) and continue to currently work with 7 clients to provide ongoing permanent FD support.
