  I have been responsible for modelling a full driveline system in order to calculate gear rattle issues in the vehicle dynamics simulation team.

  I've been responsible for the project and development of theengine mount suspension as team leader of a group of 4 people. The development has been conducted on both petrol and diesel engines. In particular I built FE models using Altair Hypermesh and performed FE Analysis using Simulia ABAQUS and MSC NASTRAN in order to investigate and solve NVH and structural issues on the engine mount suspension. The FE Analysis were conducted for linear and non-linear problems. I've been responsible for using and developing multi body models on ADAMS platform in order to investigate and solve NVH issues on the engine mount suspensions. The investigation has been conducted on the noise and vibrations transmitted by the engine mounts into the cabin. I've been responsible for NVH testing on engine mount suspension using LMS tools. I also developed a particular kind of Engine Mounts TPA (Transfer Path Analysis) using MATLAB.

  NVH and FEA Development engineer in the Powertrain Dept., responsible for driving the design changes according to the testing/analysis results on all the Ford carlines. I performed tests on structural borne noise using the TPA (Transfer Path Analysis) tool. I've been responsible also for the FEA process and the FEA Powertrain Dept (5 people in Turkey + suppliers in UK and Germany). We performed static and dynamic FE analysis and a development of a new process for a thermo-mechanical fatigue analysis. I've been also the owner of two of the most important Corporate Procedures within the PTA Dept. for modelling a Powertrain system with Hypermesh and calculating the stress level for static and forced response analysis (Linear/Non Linear - High Cycles and Low Cycles Fatigue).
