  • Currently the only IT Officer in the centre receive and resolve any IT Query’s Act as first/second Line support to all in the centre on site and remote locations.• Centre currently has 2 Physical and 5 virtual servers including 2 domain controllers Exchange and a WSUS server in my role I monitor and manage these servers.• Maintain IT security within the centre etc SSL certificates Dell Sonicwall• Disaster recovery in the centre use Veeam to backup and restore• In charge of making any ICT purchases for the centre• In charge of active directory control, Microsoft Exchange etc Currently manage our spam filter to keep the firm safe against phishing attempts• Implemented a guest wifi and set up Unify products• Produce an asset register keep it up to date also• Build computers and Laptops from scratch recently upgrade to Microsoft Surface Pos• Purchase mobiles and set them up for all users in the centre largely android, use Airwatch to manage• Implemented several voip phones in which the centre currently uses• Give sound advice to the board of Governors and Head of ICT• Involved in Creating content and Managing Middletown Centres website and their VLE• Update and creating content to the current CMS website• Moved the Centre to Office 365 and Migrated email and existing documents to this platform March 2017• Passed 2 Security audits during my time at Middletown Centre for Autism and achieved CE+ for the centre• Helped prepare plan and maintain principles of GDPR legislation• During COVID-19 moved the centre training to online training instead of physical training and moved swiftly to allow all users to be able to work from home.
