Coordinating campaign development and roll out across 26 markets, along with management of global initiatives related to the campaign. Management of the Assistant Brand Manager within the team and appointed as Culture Ambassador for the Global Chivas Regal team, responsible for all team events and activities to nurture team culture.• Full ownership of campaign roll out in 12 markets and supporting roll out in remaining 14 markets. The management of this included leading recruitment and shortlisting of finalists, running a local event remotely, leading the creation of social content, and managing all logistics with the local finalists. • Full ownership of curation and execution of Chivas Venture Accelerator Programme, in partnership with The Conduit and Oxford University. All 26 finalists were due to fly to London for the programme, which was cancelled 2 weeks beforehand due to COVID-19. Within 6 weeks we had digitised the whole programme and created a bespoke online hub for the finalists to access the content and connect with one another.• Supporting the Global Senior Brand Manager on developing a new strategy and structure for the Chivas Venture.
