Managed the performance of make-up business (L’Oreal Paris & Maybelline) and the team of 3 direct reports.- Defined the 3 years turn-around strategy for make-up business resulted in achieving leadership on KZ Market (Maybelline #1 brand, L’Oreal Paris #2 brand in KZ) and continues 3 year growth - Together with the team led new merchandising strategy and renovation of make-up furniture in all Modern Trade universe (300+ stores), expanding our brands presence in sq. m (+800% more space 2020 vs 2018) and outstanding results in sales: +180% growth in sell out in main clients Beautymania, Monamie, Cosmart becoming #1 and #2 best selling brands- Responsible for the P&L ownership of the 2 brands that includes delivery of Topline, Price strategy, Promotion optimisation, Distribution strategy, and managing the merchandising principles to deliver the operational profit. - Revamped the entire portfolio, marketing budget, and brand strategies, resulting in a significant transformation of GM% (+12.2 pp) and a notable increase in operating profit.- Launched and managed Beauty YouTube channel for Maybelline New York, bringing on board top influencers and bloggers in Kazakhstan. The channel quickly climbed to become the most popular Beauty channel in the country, with an average of 300,000 views per episode.
