  ResponsibilitiesCapacity Analysis:•Provide capacity analysis to determine whether installed equipment capacity will be able to support business volume. •Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement. Establish equipment capacity model and perform standard analysis on modules•Identify Capacity gap between Actual Performance and Capacity Model. Project Coordination/Management:•Spearhead assigned projects. Get all the Total Cost or Budget needed for the project. Create an Over-all Plan or Gantt chart. Drive Operational Excellence toward efficiency, Lead transformation, Shop floor Management, Kaizen Event, and VSM to eliminate waste, NVA, and identify cost savings projects to achieve productivity targets locked in Target Cost Roadmap. • Apply DMAIC and Automation ideas to improve delivery and manufacturing flow.• Work with Business units and top management for new business awarded and future ramp up, NPI, and strategies needed to sustain customer satisfaction.
