  Working in the role of Senior Inspection Engineer representing Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) on their multiple projects handling and managing the EPC and Sub-Contractor quality systems. Responsibilities Snapshot:- Implementation of Quality Management System for EPC Projects.- Establishment of quality deliverables from the EPC Contractor and their vendors and sub contractors. - Review and approval of various quality/construction documents from the EPC contractor- Manage a team of discipline inspectors - Participate in start up audit for various vendors- Conduct/attend pre inspection meetings with vendors- Review of reports from TPI for various offsite/out of Country vendor inspections. - Coordinate with Plant operations/ execution for various interface like Tie ins/shut down planning etc- Participate in site audits- Witness/Review and Approval of PQR, WPS and WPQ- Review and respond to technical queries and concession request from the EPC contractor and vendors. - On site monitoring and inspection of fabrication and installation of all mechanical activities including piping, structural, equipment installation, insulation, coating, wrapping, pressure test/ leak testing and other pre commissioning activities.- Ensuring the inspection being carried out based on the approved ITP and reporting of any quality concerns noted during inspections.- Raise non conformance report and timely close out of the same based on the completion of recommended actions. - Carryout quality awareness sessions for the inspectors and EPC quality team.- Review the overall quality status of the projects based on the monthly quality dashboard, KPIs etc.- Provide technical advise to the other project team on various quality aspects. - Establishing the project dossier index and ensure the timely submission of the same.- Supporting the integrity team and develop RBI database and software upload sheets and plan baseline inspection for the newly completed projects.
