  - Managed installation of HV and LV system for three projects namely Columbia Asia Hospital - Klang, Columbia Asia Hospital - Iskandar Puteri and Nusa Rhu Housing projects.- Currently managing electrical services installation for Sarawak General Hospital in which three buildings are being built simultaneously which are Day Care Centre, Multi-storey Carpark and 14 story Hotel Block.- Involved in preparing tenders (Latest : Columbia Asia Hospital, Batu Kawan)- Analyse quotation and award contracts to sub-contractors.- Prepare scope of work and work schedule for projects.- Monitor work progress at site.- Attend meeting with clients and main-contractors- Prepare construction drawings to be used at site using AUTOCAD.- Prepare daily site diary- Deal with authority (TNB) to apply for temporary and permanent power supply- Planning delivery and installation of major electrical equipment such as genset, transformer, UPS, system, MSB and switchgears.- Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual.- Prepare and provide end user training.- Capability of troubleshooting and rectifying issues related to electrical installation.- Good knowledge in BMS and EMS.
