  I joined Richie & Gueringer P.C as an Attorney in June 2015. I primarily focus on real estate matters, business law, general civil litigation, and estate planning. I also handle landlord and tenant disputes. My representation experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, forming business entities, handling probate proceedings, litigating dispute, and negotiating settlements. I also perform residential and commercial real estate closings and prepare wills and trusts.I was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2010.   As an Executive Leader at SABOR, the 15th largest REALTOR Association and 29th largest Multiple Listing Service (MLS), in the US, I have managed all legal actions (including administration and defense of multiple class action lawsuits), contracts, and vendor agreements while providing strategic counsel to the CEO, volunteer leaders, and SABOR department heads. I have supervised and led a team of 18 from all aspects of Association and MLS management. I have lead and managed SABOR’s Member Services, MLS, Technology, Government Affairs, and Events departments. While leading the Technology Department, I directed all of SABORs technology product offerings. While leading the SABOR MLS department, I oversaw and made decisions on all MLS product offerings, policies, rules, and enforcement. As the leader of the Government Affairs Department, SABOR earned many awards for fundraising and policy initiatives during challenging times like COVID. I have developed educational content, revamped committee planning, and oversaw compliance processes, created and executed budgets, as well as, initiated technology initiatives. While serving as an executive liaison to multiple committees and external associations, I curated consumer-focused legal content, managed and oversaw the REALTOR® Store, and led training sessions on governance procedures. My role has involved legislative policy creation, strategic planning, Association mergers, managing committees, negotiating agreements, representing SABOR at conferences, and handling all legal projects.
